Prof. K. S. Thakur born May 29, 1965 at Dabra (District Gwalior, M.P.) is presently working as Dean, Chairman and Head,School of Commerce and Business Studies,Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.). He has obtained M.Com. M.Phil. and Ph.D.(Business Administration) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (India). He has more than two decades of teaching and research experiences in the area of Commerce and Management. He specializes in Accounting, HR and Finance. Prof. Thakur a great visionary in the field of management is credited to bring four new courses in Jiwaji University – BBA in 1996, MBA (Hospital Administration) in 2010,BBS and MFM.Prof. Thakur was instrumental in developing courses of M.Com., M.Phil. and MBA during his tenure    (March 2005–March 2008) as Head of the Institute of Commerce and Management at Jiwaji University. More than twenty research scholars have already been awarded Ph.D. degree under his supervision in the faculty of Commerce and Management. He has published 88 research papers in national and international journals of repute and participated in large number of national and international conference/ seminar. Prof. Thakur has authoured / edited 13 books on Management and Accounting. Prof. Thakur has great interest in research activities to this end in Jiwaji University he conducted a Two days Workshop on  Research Methodology for College and  University Teacher’s in  1994 as  Convener,  Seven days National Workshop on Research   Methodology for Research Scholars and Teachers in 2005 as Organising Secretary,  Two days National Seminar on Emerging Issues in Business Management  in 2007 as  Organising Secretary, One day National Seminar on Emerging Business Practices in India in 2008 as  Organising Secretary and Two Days National Seminar on Global Issues and Challenges in Health and Business Management  in 2013 as Organising Secretary. He has been conferred ‘Sita Ram Gupta Jepika Puruskar’ (1994-95) for his Best Research Paper in Management, ‘Rashtriya Vidya Saraswati Puruskar’ (2006) and ‘Rashtriya Vidya Shiromani Award’ (2008) for his outstanding contribution in the field of Commerce and Management. He has also awarded for Best Research Paper Award in 10^th International Conference, 2011 on Microfinance in India, Best Research Paper Award in 11^th International Conference, 2012 on Micro Insurance and Financial Inclusion and Best Resaerch Paper Award in 12^th International Conference, 2013 on Green Marketing. Recently he is awarded with Indira Gandhi Vidya Gold Award, 2012 for outstanding achievements in the field of Education. He is a life member/ member in editorial board of many national and international academic bodies. He has been holding several administrative positions in Jiwaji University since last two decades.

Dr. Sourabh Sharma is an Associate Professor for Information Systems in the Faculty of Management Studies at Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh Sikar, Rajasthan. He is an eminent Management Consultant, outstanding Professional Practitioner, Trainer, Academician and Educationist Counselor in Management, has been associated with Management Education and Industrial practitioner for over a decade now. He is expertise in the areas of Management Information System, Database Management System, Software Project Management, Data warehousing & Mining and many different Programming languages. He has given his consultancy to Union Bank, Ujjain to convert their pension management software from Foxpro to Visual Basic. He started his career with Reliance Communications as a database consultant and served there for four years. Since last 10 years he is in management consultancy and teaching.

Dr. Sourabh Sharma did his M.B.A. from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore and M.C.A. from IASE University, Sardarsahr.  He completed his Ph.D. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior under the able guidance of Prof. K.S. Thakur, Dean, Institute of Commerce and Management, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has published more than 20 research papers into different peer reviewed journal of good repute. He is also guiding Ph.D. to six research scholars into different areas of Management and IT like RFID, Rural Marketing, Electronic Banking, Brand Extension etc.
