  • Human Capital Development in Services Job: A Modelling from the Airlines Industry


    Asst. Prof. Kannapat Kankaew was working in the airlines industry for more than 13 years in various department, such as ground operation, catering, flight scheduling, cabin crew supervisor, and operation control center manager. Presently, he is serving as a lecturer for the past ten years. He pursued his Doctor of Public Administration in the field of Human Resources Management. He has expertise in the fields of Learning and Development, Human Resource Management, Education. He has published more than 15 research articles in several reputed national and international journals. He has also presented more than 20 papers in many seminars and conferences at national and international Ievel.He has received Outstanding Research Award from the International Academic Conference in Prague, and in Pattaya. He has learned various courses from International Air Transport Association (IATA), such as Airline Customer Services, Advance-Train the Trainer, Airline Marketing, Passenger Ground Service Management, Instructional Techniques for DGR- Categories 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, Introduction to Safety Management System, IATA and Harvard Business Publishing (Marketing Essential). He is also received the certificate of Team building and Personal Development from B.H.M.S in Lucerne Switzerland. He is the examiner for ground service officer for Thailand Professional Qualification Institute-TPQI (Public Organization).
