Copyright concerns, privacy requests and complaints
Anything that needs a formal response goes to our Grievance Redressal Officer rather than the general enquiry line, so that it is logged, tracked and answered within a fixed timeline.
If you believe a work we have produced or listed infringes your rights, you do not need to send a legal notice to be heard. Write to us and we will act.
