Hemant Kumar was born on 13 January, 1978 at Bharatpur, Rajasthan. In 1994 he completed his secondary education. Subsequently, in 1999 and 2002, he completed his B.A. from University Rajasthan College and LL.B. from University of Rajasthan Law College. Two year later, he finished his LL.M. from Rajasthan University. Mr. Hemant Kumar commenced his teaching career in 2008 as Assistant Professor in Government Law College, Sirohi. Now he is teaching as Assistant Professor in Government Law College, Alwar. Nearlyl3LL.M. students submit their dissertation under his able supervision. Mr. Hemant Kumar has actively participated in Conferences, Seminars of National and International stature. He is a regular contributor to his academic findings and has presented his research papers amid recognized academicians and intellects. He has published more than 10 articles in National journals and edited books. He has been associated with Jai Narayan Vyas University, in Jodhpur as a member of Board of Studies. He isan active member of NWISA and other various social and educational institutes.
