Return & Refund Policy
- Hard copy books ordered from horizonbooks.asia are printed on demand, making order cancellations, returns, and refunds unavailable.
- horizonbooks.asia assumes no responsibility for content quality, design, or appearance. Authors determine these aspects, and our staff monitors content only post-publication on our website.
- In case of a production defect (e.g., missing pages, torn corners), email bookshorizon@gmail.com with your order number and defect details for a replacement.
- Our packaging and shipping processes undergo extensive quality checks. If issues arise, contact customer service for assistance in resolving any concerns.
- For faulty/damaged products, email images of the packet upon receipt. We’ll send a replacement; if out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.
- If a purchased product is no longer needed, notify us within 48 hours. Unopened shipments can be returned for a repayment or gift voucher equal to the purchase amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
