Efforts are made to dispatch each book within your order within 6-7 working days. Print-on-demand books require additional production time, ranging from 3 to 5 days based on the production specifications and quantity.

The shipping times mentioned on the website are approximate, and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee absolute adherence.

If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order completely within 6 days, we will notify you promptly. Following your instructions, we can cancel the remaining unshipped portion, refunding the payment for the unshipped items.

We dispatch orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays, using reliable courier agencies to ensure swift and secure delivery.

While we aim to ship all books in one order together, occasional separations may occur due to book characteristics or availability.
