If a question is raised. If someone claims rights in the book, Horizon Books may pause printing and distribution while it's sorted out — that's a precaution, not a judgement on either of us. I'll send my documents and a reply within 15 days, and I agree that Horizon Books may pass my contact details to the person raising it, or to a court or authority, if it has to. I'll keep you posted. If I hear of any claim or dispute about the book, I'll tell Horizon Books within 7 days rather than dealing with it alone.
