Administration of Justice in India entered a new phase post 42^nd Amendment of the Indian consititution. In a developing country the workload of Judiciary was ever Increasing and the technicalities to deliver justice. Hence Tribunals were created as alternate substitutions to the High courts and aimed at lowering their burden. This all-new mechanism creates a new area of jurisprudence towards access to justice. Despite being and important area of legal learning there was somehow a dearth of good books on this subject. The subject required a comprehensive writing which not only disclosed the evolution of the Tribulans but also explained their function towards expediting justice. An honest effforts towards overarching subject of functioning of tribunals has been made through this book. It is hoped that it not only enlightens the advocantes and practitioners but also stands out as a learning tools for legal academicians and students equally.
