About Author

Prof. Dr. Stoyana Natseva is the founder of Happy Life Academy® and the creator of the Direct Change Solution® method and the Internal Autobiographical Map (IAM) — a framework for understanding how identity is formed and how it can be deliberately and lastingly changed. Over more than a decade she has built an international educational institution around a single question: why people stay locked in the same patterns, and how they free themselves from them for good.

Her academic path spans a Doctor of Psychology (with a dissertation on the Internal Autobiographical Map), a Doctor of Sciences (D.Sc.), a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.), together with a full professorship. Her methodology is grounded in peer-reviewed publications with international DOIs on the Direct Change Solution® method and the structural model of IAM.
