Dr. Jha has the distinction of being a doctorate from the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, Bihar. Dr.Jha started his education career in 1986, after that he is actively working in teaching and research in the field of commerce. He has supervised many undergraduates and postgraduates students. He has published many research papers in international/national conferences and journals. He is actively associated with the Indian Commerce Association and Indian Association for Management(IAMD). He has a keen interest in social welfare and is associated with different NGOs to develop education facilities in rural areas through different studies.
